Despite stuck pixels, lack of Bluetooth, and a "void your warranty here" memory cover, I have not given up on the Asus Eee. I decided to poke around
their downloadable "sources" .ZIP. I haven't even gotten into it yet. Inside the 1.7 GB zip file is another 1.7 GB zip file. Inside that is a third 1.7 GB zip file. Inside that are the sources in two folders: /dists and /pool. Inside those are .gz files of the actual source code.
Asus: You're doing it wrong. Three .zips and the actual sources, when extracted, total several gigabytes of annoyance.

Sounds almost as irritating as when people make ZIP files with no containing directory.
