Following my couch installation of my eo v7110, I decided to try it out in my bedroom as well. It's on the same VESA arm with a USB hub, a slim keyboard, a set of small speakers with a subwoofer hidden in the shelf below. I am also using a Keyspan Presentation remote but not often as the touchscreen is sufficient.
I like this much better than my previous bedroom computer (A Sony VAIO PCV-W10) for two reasons: One: Origami Experience. It's much nicer than manually adding videos to a Windows Media Center playlist. Two: I can "un-snap" the UMPC from the arm and use it while reclining in bed.
There are problems, though. It doesn't look as clean and the screen, obviously, is much smaller. Still - the convenience is nice. The eo v7110 with Vista is a bit slow in decoding XviD with ffdshow. Occasional hiccups and frame loss results. I also use Pzizz to help me sleep, but on the eo there are some sound cracks. It works, though. A more attractive UMPC mount and dock for home/bedroom use would certainly add to the flexibility of these devices, but for now the VESA mounts provided by TabletKiosk work well for me.
