It sounds like he had to send his back and there are questions he is currently unable to answer. I talked to Hugo and volunteered to assist him in answering those questions when I get my HTC Shift in hand. I am still waiting for Dynamism to get their stock, but with the lack of an official ship date the best guess is early October.
Keep asking Hugo those questions in that GottaBeMobile topic comments. The ones he cannot answer will be answered by me if I get a Shift in hand before he does again.
