Q1 Ultra gets another vote: 2GB supported

I've been swayed again in waffling to determine the platform for my next wave of UMPC blogging. Thanks to Hugo Ortega of GottaBeMobile.com (from whom the above picture was "borrowed") I now see that the Samsung Q1U supports 2GB RAM chips.

With 2GB RAM, indexing and SuperFetch turned off, and some other tweaks for performance, my previous concerns on the A110's performance may be quashed.

I STILL wish the OQO 02 had a resistive touch digitizer, but that doesn't seem to fit with their roadmap. I am still waiting for the HTC Shift, too. Hope that supports 2GB RAM chips.

Given how newer drivers and performance tweaks have helped Vista Ultimate on my eo v7110, though, I am in no rush to make this decision.
