Flybook: UMPC sized convertible

Above is a picture of the Dialogue Flybook. I've read about these in the past, but didn't realize that they were actually just slightly bigger than slate UMPCs. I did not get the opportunity to play with one in depth, but was impressed with what I saw:

This particular model was the most eye-catching to me. It's called the v33i. It's shown next to my TabletKiosk eo v7110 for size comparison. I am going to see if I can get my hands on one and run it through a handful of use scenarios. The specs alone are impressive, but there are ALWAYS compromises for size. I have to see what the Flybook added and removed to see if it's a UMPC competitor or if it's just a very small laptop.
