Off-Topic: Apple Lawsuits over "Podcast"

Two of my favorite tech blogs (Engadget and GottaBeMobile) both do periodic "Podcasts." I have a first generation iPod nano, black, and all scratched to hell. I love it and love tuning into these podcasts. Slashdot today reports that Apple sent a cease-and-desist letter to a company for using the term Podcast. Apple already sued a couple other companies (and won) for using -pod suffixes on their products.

I am here to predict their next move: Burger King!
